What is QPrint.my?

Q Print is a subsidiary innovation product owned and managed by Quattro Production Sdn Bhd. A bumiputera owned company with international and local presence and based in Sentral Station @ Kuala Lumpur

What can be printed with QPrint.my?

You may print documents, name card, stickers and stamp pad. We will add more services very soon as we scale the business and area of coverage

Do I have to prepare artwork? What if I do not have knowledge in editing the artwork?

Great question. Concerning to that matter, our business offers artwork designing service either by :
1. Following the concept described by customers; or
2. Tracing Existing Design shared by customers; or
3. Provide recommendation design (and we have talented designers at your disposal) and ready to solve this matter with minimum fees.

How do you accept payment?

In order to facilitate swift and easy online printing experience, payment can be done via payment gateway provided. And you may use debit and credit card option as well. 

What is the completion time of my printing?

Note : All printing will shipped on the same day if order is submitted before 12pm on business day. Job orders submitted after 12pm will be shipped on next business day.

For document printing :
Delivery within Klang Valley area will be initiated within 1 hour or ready to be collected within 1 hour.

For Stamp Pad :
Delivery within Klang Valley area will be initiated within 1 hour or ready to be collected within 1 hour.

For Name Card :
Delivery within Klang Valley area will be initiated within 3 hour or ready to be collected within 1 hour.

For Stickers :
Delivery within Klang Valley area will be initiated within 2 hour or ready to be collected within 2 hour.

Do you provide refund?

All cancelled orders (initiated by customers or from Quattro Production Sdn Bhd) will be refunded on the next business day. Cancellation fee by customer will be charged RM2 per order from the order total.

Where is the coverage area of delivery?

QPrint.my covers all customers within Malaysia. But customer may initiate orders from overseas and be shipped to Malaysian address or Self-Collect at our address

What is the primary mode of communication?

All customers will be contacted by the following priority with fallback:

1. Whatsapp Chat (From +6019 353 3833) ; or
2. Phone Call (From +6019 353 3833 or +603 2273 8888); or
3. SMS; or
4. Email (please add our email as your contact qprintstation@gmail.com to avoid email routed to Spam / Junk folder)

Can I communicate using the website chatbox provided?

The chat box is another optional method of communication with us. But customer must fill in their Name, Phone Number and Email with detailed inquiry. Any chat that is missed will be attended via ticketing (Customer Support) system
